Stock Taking 2

The past thirty two days were amazing. Many lessons for me to learn and new people to let into my life. One major lesson learned was that words are trash until they are acted on or put into action or lived out. This was stated by my friend Puyo.

My dear friends, it is with great honor that I invite you to delve into my second stock taking for the past 1 month.

I am:

Making: More time for my devotionals from Eunice Adubango’s 2019 devotional titled ,”In Relentless Pursuit”-A Devotional For Women and my physical body exercises. I jump a rope 4 times a week.

Eating: Less food. Of late my appetite is so low and I can no longer enjoy fried foods except for chips.

Drinking: More water and natural fruit juices whenever they are available.

Reading: History of a Genocide by Gerald Prunier. I am surprised by my rare interest in political books. ‘Chei!’

Creating: Content for my journals and notes for my mentoring classes that are starting July 2019.

Wishing: I was living in my own home. Of late I so much need privacy especially away from the people who have known me for long. I am longing for a Haran-Canaan experience!

Enjoying: My new grey wrist watch given to me by Omare Vincent aka Vze as my 27th birthday gift. It reminds me to always be patient and know that at the right time I shall get that that I need.

Wondering: How 2019 is going to end. Life as falling plates!

Loving: My long walks and phone conversations with my closest friends. They are tank filling and therapeutic.

Hoping: I can get into that dream employment space I have always believed God for.

Marvelling: At how God constantly reminds me of what He instructed me to do. He is a great teacher who follows through to ensure that His assignments are done.

Smelling: A new rain of Wisdom and Direction. I have been asking God for this especially at this point in my life’s journey.

Wearing: My stiletto shoes and dresses more. This reminds me that I am my Father’s Princess❤

Giggling: At people who keep asking whether I am engaged. Just so you know, I love wearing rings!

Noticing: The love my God has For me through my friends.

Knowing: That I was saved for a purpose and I need the grace of God daily to help me live better.

Bookmarking: Jeremiah 29:11-12 in my Bible.

Feeling: A fire in my bones and pain in my heart.

Wanting: To go to Kenya for a visit and also check on Michelle Opondo and Moriah.

Playing: The “Be Lifted” song by MOG almost every day. It reminds me to just lay down my crowns and worship God!

Wasting: No money on normal motorcycles. Safe boda is really my friend of late.

Following: Noeline Kirabo and Eunice Adubango. Great Women of character and courage. They have greatly encouraged me to grow in Gods purpose for my life.

Listening: To the Holy Spirit. I am in that season where only God makes sense.

Opening: Myself up to be loved on. I am enjoying the memories being created.

Talking: To myself a lot one of these days and to Vze, Myco and Owen.

Dreading: My bad hair days.

Thinking: About ways of making a living so that I can reach out to more people.

Leaving: Behind my broken self and running with the strong me.

Dreaming: Of my two sons.. That season when I am thinking a lot about family.

Craving: Pork from Kyadondo Rugby Club in Kampala, Uganda.

Learning: To be polite in my speech and obey God’s instructions to me.

Starting: To read and write more consistently.

Practicing: Public speaking more. Believing God for more opportunities.

Continuing: To be a light to the world by God’s grace and celebrating my friends.

Anticipating: A move of God in my life. A great one! I am also believing for a financial miracle.
