#lockdownblog #HowTo…

Have you set a goal and failed to achieve it? Was it due to lack of motivation or poor planning? 🤔

One man wrote;
“If you want to make a change at all,then you have some level of desire. What draws that desire out and turns it into real world action is not your level of motivation ,but rather your plan for implementation.”
It is at this point that you purpose to explicitly state when and where your new goals are going to happen if you are to stick to them.

If you are to achieve your goals,you ought to plan their implementation and learn effective ways of working towards them and completing them .
You must also be aware of the the stumbling blocks along the way and know how to handle common pitfalls that you come across your journey to success.

Setting manageable goals with smaller deadlines. This increases your sense of motivation and accomplishment . It also makes maintaining momentum so easy. Great leaders encourage people to always break down huge tasks into smaller ones as it is more easier to finish them on time.
You need to learn to take one step at a time that is finish one project before starting another to avoid issues like stress or being overwhelmed with tasks.

Having a great visual reminder of what you have already achieved and how far you have come also helps you stick to your goals. You need to reward your self for the tasks you have accomplished for example there is no harm in taking that cup of ice cream after completing that proposal writing course successfully. Personally, each time I accomplish a major goal, I take myself to the beach or for ice cream.

Finally,you need to visualize yourself achieving your goal ; have faith that it shall surely come to pass.
Philippians 1:6 encourages us to ,”be confident of this very thing ,that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.”
Therefore develop a “yes I can ” attitude and you shall drive steadily your way to success.
