In this walk of life

#Life

A friend of mine Tim has a blog called This walk of life and it is what inspired my title. In today’s scribbles, I am sharing a few nuggets on how to walk through life. These I have learned from listening to other people teach about life. These nuggets have helped me and I hope they bless you too…

Contentment

… doesn’t mean stagnation. Contentment is having the mind of God on who you are and what you are supposed to serve to the world. It is knowing that you are wherever you are for a purpose.

Sometimes you might perceive it as suffering each time you walk through ‘the valley of the shadow of death” like moments and surprisingly in God’s perspective, it is preparation.

You should only move when you know what God’s word for the journey is before you walk through your life like a headless chicken with every wind blowing you left, right and centre.
Authority and dominion all come through obedience to the Father.

Get specific with God. because God is always specific with His instructions. God is ready to give you the answer to why He is sending you out.

May your heart be in a place to listen to God when He speaks. And may you trust Him. Trust is the currency of your relationship with God. Trust is what breeds faith. Trust in God’s faithfulness..
Do not put down your cross and take up your flesh
Trust God!

Refuse to be tempted to distrust the worthiness of God.

When you trust, you easily learn to rest!

Temptations

“The enemy likes to attack the person more than the gift.” _ Jackie Hill Perry
The enemy ultimately is after your faith in God. Faith is your shield, and once you lose it, you die. When you believe the wrong person, you become spiritually dead.
Ephesians 6:10-18 can be of help here.

When the enemy weakens your faith as the leader, he/she later weakens the faith of all your disciples. How you respond to temptation, determines your ministry dear champion!

The enemy will never give you what he/she promises.
The enemy will sometimes twist the scripture to confuse you. The enemy will twist God’s word to mean something it doesn’t.
May you refuse to believe deception.

You may be weak physically, but are enduring spiritually!
Be confident that God will supply all your needs and sustain you.
You need God and not things. All these things are just mere additions.

Do not isolate yourself because you are struggling, come to the altar and get help when you need.

Have some people you can do life with

Breakthrough

Sometimes your breakthrough will come from where you’re serving. God likes to use people who prefer serving their way up! Respond to grace. Do not frustrate her.
Be a grace girl/boy!

Make sure breakthrough/greatness does not end with you! Pass it on to the next generation! Yes, pass on that wealth, those skills, talents, virtues and lesson. Pass on the wisdom and knowledge. Yes, you! Pass it on!

Work towards dying empty. Maximize your potential and pass it on.

And each time you get into prayer, Be real in the presence of God.!

Therefore;

As you think about your life journey, here are a few questions to ponder on;

  • Why am I alive
  • What is life?
  • What are the different facets of life?
  • What can I do with what I have?
  • Why am I staying in this particular location at the moment
  • Is there more to life that I need to know?
  • Why does life get happier or lonely sometimes?

I pray you meet transformation when you answer some of the above questions.

May you get a revelation of why you exist!

I LOVE YOU!

Thanks for sharing from your learning. And yes the enemy is out to compromise and destroy our Faith because when we stop believing God then we believe someone else.
