The November Journal 4 & 5

Lo!

This month, I choose to share thoughts from my journal with you as guided by my friend Wonani Mwanza who shared some leading prompts for each day of November. She blogs at doseofwonani.com Below is the last collection of my reflections, thoughts, and dreams; Click here to read the last collection.

The prompts

What things have I done/ about myself am I more proud of?

I am proud of these👇

  • Traveling to Nairobi by land and alone.
  • Went for my first hike
  • Started waking up by 5:00 am and sleeping by 10:00 pm thanks to my friend and Mentor – Tony Otoa
  • Learned how to drive both a Manual car and an automatic one.
  • Physically connecting with Pollet Kangoe, a friendsis I met through Afrobloggers and our relationship grew.
  • Remaining in the faith that is continuing to grow my relationship with God and trusting Him
  • Eliminating procrastination. I tried to do things on time.
  • Continuing to love God’s people regardless of the many heartbreaks.
  • Pursuing celibacy

What does the best future version of me look/ act like?

The best future version of me is a Lioness happily helping people and systems perform better through her administrative skills and the J. Love Foundation – an organization to help young people have access to basic life needs.

Who is one person I can’t stand? What can I learn to love about them.

One person I can’t stand is a liar and One thing I can learn to love about him or her is his or her confidence.

What is my most embarrassing memory?

My most embarrassing moment was when I stress -drank alcohol till I blacked out. Glad my bestie came to my rescue…

So beautiful ❤️

One way I am unique from those around me. Why do I appreciate this difference in yourself?

One of the ways I am unique from those around me is that I am blessed with a good memory. I remember most of the things that happens..to or around me.
I appreciate this difference because it enables me to bring my friends to the remembrance of the good times and things we promised to work on.

An incident from my childhood that has made a lasting impression on my life.

The Day my biological father told me that I am a beautiful and intelligent girl. These words have built my confidence and helped me stay put in my journey to becoming.

What values do I consider most important in my life? How do my actions align with those values?.

The values that are most important in my life are;

  • Love
  • Integrity
  • Accountability
  • Knowledge
  • Excellence

I love to love, keep my word, and keep studying and doing better than I am required while reporting to my seniors to get feedback.

Thank you for reading with me through the November journal, I enjoyed the process too. Thanks to Wonani for the prompts.

Watchout for my End of year stock taking.💯💯💯

Until then, love people and practice gratitude.

I LOVE YOU!
